In an update on its EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection landing page, EEOC announced
“the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection is tentatively scheduled to open in mid-July 2023. Updates regarding the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection, including the opening date, will be posted to www.eeocdata.org/eeo1 as they become available.

The EEOC has announced on its EEO-1 Data Collection website that it has, again, extended the deadline for filing EEO-1 Reports this year—this time to October 25. Employers still rushing to finalize and upload their 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 reports by the prior August 23 deadline will certainly welcome this extra breathing room.

The EEOC has announced the deadline for filing EEO-1 Reports has been extended. The new filing deadline is NOW Monday, August 23, 2021.
As a reminder this year’s reporting is for both the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 forms.

The EEOC announced on February 1, 2019 that due to the partial government shutdown, the 2018 EEO-1 filing portal will open “in early March” for filing of 2018 reports.
